I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

6l80 6th gear issue

I have a 6l80 in silverado with an 3200 Stall that is having some issues with noise and heat in 6th gear.
Noise: in 6th low mph (under 60mph) when converter is locked and a little bit of pedal is pressed, there is some noise that can be heard.
Heat: when vehicle is driven in regualr D or Manual in 6th the transmission climbs up to 235 in temperature in florida traffic
When we put it in Manual 5 and drive in florida traffic it does not climb past 200.

In 5th manual it still locks converter but not as much temperature and no noise when slightly pressing pedal in low mph.
Seems noise is in that 1000-2000 rpm range in 6th (no other gear).

On top of all that, the transmission seems to shift great in all gears, and it stalls to 3200 pretty good at all times.

Any thoughts if this trans is damaged?
