Hey there I have a 2018 Silverado 5.3L L83 running FBO's, 4:10 gears, large cam with DOD deleted. My 6L80 lasted 65k I had circle D do a stage 2 rebuild with billet shaft and had them build me a 2800-3000 single disc converter. I added a large derale cooler which keeps temps low really well. I got it all together back in the truck once received waited on a reputable tuner I paid 3 weeks still nothing just tells me it's complicated and sema's happening excuses. This is my only vechile been down for 3 months all together now I decided since I've tuned it myself up to this point . To start logging to get it at least safe to drive it less than 50 miles thus far and generate some income finally it's just a mess. Yeah it rips, but scanners showing crazy tcc slip with desired zero'd out, aggressive apply ramps, and lock up only allowed in 5th and 6th gear.
Ive reset adaptives and the fast learn does raise the rpms for a minute but after a few minutes just says aborted. Tried my factory file no luck. I'll attach my tune and a log just to save time.
-converter only locks and maintains zero slip in 6th other then that it's a cluster fuck.
-still have 2-3 shift hang at wot (same thing was happening before rebuild tried OE cal no change)
I gotta sort this out it's killing me hoping this didn't become a $7000 paper weight.
What's the turn around time on a tune currently?
