NEW!!!

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

2010 cts-v tune help

Hello.  What a great forum.  I was hesitant about paying for access but after reading several people on various forums saying it's well worth it I went ahead and did.  I am happy I did.

Anyhow, I had my car email tuned a while ago and I have to say it feels great BUT the transmission shifts are freaking hard.  Harder than I like.

The tuner assured me he left in a lttle torque management but from what I can tell it's all disabled.  I very well could be looking at things wrong and there could be some torque management which is what I want for longevity.

The car is a weekend driver, rarely ran hard.  The occasional rolling pull is about all I do along with a dyno pull here or there.

When I get home I'll attach my current tune.  Would you mind looking at it *transmission side* and seeing if there is in fact some TQ managment?

If not I would like to add some in.  Especially the 3-4 shift as from what I have gathered on here the 4-5-6 shaft is the weak point.

Thanks in advance!!!!

Great forum!!!

I will upload the tune file this evening.
