2012 CTSV Normal/sport mode questions from a newbie

Click on the "SUBSCRIBE" tab to sign up. I will not respond to technical questions unless you are a paid subscriber. Calibration and Config files will not open directly from the site, they must be downloaded to your computer in order to open.

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

2012 CTSV Normal/sport mode questions from a newbie

I have been reading up and getting ready to start tweaking the transmission tables here and there and some information I cannot find so I subscribed with this site last night. So far I have learned quite a bit!

So I want to make the transmission shift faster and firmer in the sport mode but leave the normal mode completely alone (wife mode). I see normal/special tables in the Shift Time tab- are these the normal/sport mode?

Also, what are the Pattern A, B, D1, D2 tabs? HPT has very brief explanations and I'd rather ask than make wrong changes.
