NEW!!!

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

2016 6l80e silverado trans runs hot

I got a 2016 silverado 1500 that has a built transmission and a 2800-3200 circle D triple disc converter otherwise all stock on the engine just turned off the AFM. I had a friend that owns a performance shop look at the tune and make small adjustments. I keep running into an issue of it running hot (235ish) going up hills. I have a 10x7 flat trans cooler (I know now that its probably not ideal and too small looking into a larger morimoto now) that also runs through factory condensor. I'm not sure if this is related to the converter lockup or what but I've tried locking it up below the highway speed and then tried higher and higher a couple times. Wondering if someone can take a look at the tune and a log and let me know what you think. The log I sent is just a driving around log I will have to make another one to and go on a fairly long drive to show it when its running hot.
