Hi new here. I recently had my 2018 silverado 5.3 with 32k on it tuned with hp tuners by a local tuner. All is well except on the 6-2 downshift when going about half throttle to pass a car when the truck downshifts from 6th gear to another gear such as second it will have like a quick delay and a pretty harsh slam into the lower gear. It seems to do it intermittently and not every time. Any ideas what could possibly be wrong. Is it a setting in the tune that needs to be changed? Torque management setting maybe? I have the hpt tune file if anyone would like to take a look? Thanks.

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.
