NEW!!!

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

6L80e 2-3 flare

100% stock transmission, no engine tune, no trans tune.

GM seems to have a 2-3 flare issue that has surfaced on a few trucks that I've driven in.

For example, on my 2009 6.2 ext, from day one, it has always had a 2-3 flare that will happen randomly and not every day, or it even skips a few weeks before it happens again.
The only scenario I can get it to happen is during an easy drive, say 1/4 throttle or less.  And then, it won't happen every time.

WoT is perfect every time.

Just an fyi, I have updated every module in the truck using GM stuff, just to see if an update fixed it, it didn't.

Any suggestions that I've tried hasn't fixed it.

Anyone else have any new suggestions or run into this issue?

thanks
