Hi
I have an issue I have been fighting for a while. At low load (0-200Nm) 3-4 and 4-5 shifts are too harsh/fast or flaring. After resetting adaptives trans shifts well for a couple of days and then the issues return. When shifting well the shift times are around 0.2-0.3s, after a few days down to 0.0s in the scanner. The initial PCS2 and PCS3 pressures seems too high after learning.
I tried to lower reported torque by lowering VTT tables, lowered oncoming presets, shift pressures at low load, tried setting the shift time table according to the actual shift times after adapt reset but nothing seems to help as issue returns after a few days of driving.
How does the adaptive learning actually work? Does it make adjustments in different torque/rpm levels or only one global adjustment across the entire shift? In my mind the adaptives should adjust pressures to try to keep the shift times set up in the shift time tables but that does not seem to be the case. I do not want to turn the adaptives off since they help a lot at higher load and WOT shifts are great after a few runs.
Trans is built with no weave plates in 3-5-R and 4-5-6 clutch packs and one extra oem friction. Turbocharged 2016 L83 engine swapped in older vehicle.
Attaching some logs, I think all your channels are included. 210831 = immidiately after adaptive reset, 210914 = after learning
I am lost here, any help is greatly appreciated.
