Clutch clearances compared to volume preset

NEW!!!

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

Clutch clearances compared to volume preset

So last time I rebuilt my trans I made detailed notes on the clearances of each clutch.  All are "in-range" but some are closer to the minimum spec and some are closer to the max spec.  Should the volume preset be adjusted based on this bias?  Car is making over 1,200 HP and traps 148 in the 1/4th.  I snapped a Sonnax 456 shaft due to a bind this season and I'm in that critical area where there is no forgiveness for error in the tune.  I'm running pressures as low as I can get away with without flaring.  I do sometimes get a flare after the offgoing completely depresurizes.  I'm thinking I need more oncoming presure or a volume change.

You can actually hear a flare at the end of my run here.
