Confused about TC settings

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

Confused about TC settings

2013 V and I'm a little confused with the TC settings my tuner had put in. Attached is a screenshot all the tables are maxed out the thing that confuses me is the Max Torque field set to 294? Does this mean TC is still active? I would like to have TC unless I turn it off with the TC switch. Also does the TC switch fully disable TC or not?
