My V was under the knife for sometime. Got the car back and having a issue when tapping the shifter from normal to sport.
I get all kinds of cars. Dash lights up..Stablitrack goes off. Pretty much have to pull over and reset.
I went to the track last night and had to abort a few passes due to this happening at the starting line.
Sorry for the length but hard to explain.
Say driving down the highway... push to sport mode and then back to normal. I can feel the shifter is notchy. Its some eletronic not releasing(intermintent). Not the shifter itself.

p-700 TCM malfunction
another one with shift up and down malfunction .
pull over reset codes and sometimes good the the resr of the drive tapping back and forth and then maybe again.
Not sure my tranny was out before all the work I had done. New engine etc. (working somewhat with my tuner)
Too me I thinks it a linkage adjustment(if there is) or an electronic assm thats intermittent.
Coming home from the track 1 1/4 hr dr.
Had to reset 15 times. My son was i nthe passenger seat with the lappy.
Side note- I can tell when its going to code sometime. The "D" letter is not red... like its not selected. I goto sport mode and the "M" does not light up.
Thoughts ?
I plan to crawl under the car today. Was ready to burn it last night.................
