NEW!!!

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

Custom Tuning Question

I'd like to make use of your custom tuning service but I'm completely new and I have several questions. Car is a 2011 CTS-V, completely stock, daily driver, most the time comfort level driving, no intents for drag or track races.

1) Is there a way to improve the behavior to have a more direct feeling of the engine? 5 and 6 gear is ok when converter seems to be locked. There I can use the torque of the engine. 2-4 seams always like driving a motorboat, Touching the gas pedal, even just slightly, mainly raises the rpm first but the car does not really accelerates. This behavior is even worse when engine is cold.

2) I'm always using the pedals when driving spirited, but the lag of the shift commands is too slow. Can this be improved?

3) Is this right to flash a custom tune that I need the HP Tuners VCM Suite?

Thanks for taking time to answer my questions

Regards

Daniel
