G8 1-2 Shifting issue.

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

G8 1-2 Shifting issue.

Hey Steve. 

 

Having an issue with a Customers G8 thats coming off the line, stalling up. IT will not do this if he leaves in 2nd, and if he just leaves off idle. Its like a "delay" before it hits WOT.. Which is kindof odd.

I've attached the current tune, and log as well as the layout and channels i log with, which are basically yours, just some added e85 channels.

The car is running strong, shifting firm and on point everytime, its just this launch issue is hurting us.

Its a 1800 DA and over 82% hum and around 88 deg outside right now. 

Its a full weight 09 G8. Cam, Headers, Intake, and E50 on a 17in tire, its been running 12.0s all day today at 110-112mph, and in neg da weather on pump gas its gone 11.7's at 113-115. We have not got a chance to test the E85 tuneup in cold weather.

 

It seems like it may be a TM issue but i'm not sure i can't see anything in the log that looks funky.

 

 

Just for comparsion purposes, Rick Crawford has a guy out here with the same setup just with ported heads, ported manifold, and full e85 and its only running 11.8's at 115.
