I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

Harsh 3-2 downshift rolling to stop

So I have a 09 CTS-V. Recently aquired with lots of mods. I have a few weird possibly trans occurances.

The first is when slowing to a stop it bangs into 2nd from 3rd and the rpm jump(from idle up to about 1200) as its happening. I thought it was a 2-1 shift but confirmed it's 3-2 on my Aeroforce. It does it in sport mode, but not consistantly. And in manual mode the 3-2 is actually pretty smooth at the same speed.

The second issue is when accelerating sometimes I feel as though the torque converter isn't unlocking and it shudders as it accelerates. 

The car made 641/599 on a mustang dyno. Mods: Kooks LT (catted), ZL1 lid, air raid,  ported blower, ported heads, ported LS7 tb, Gp Tuning stage 2 cam, 2.45/8.6 pulleys. 

I am totally new to HP Tuners and just finished all of the videos in the articles section. One thing I noticed was that in most of the videos you were making adjustments to fields that don't show up on my screen. "Shift time" for example isnt available. Or "engine" under the Torque Management section. I have version 3.41 on my computer.
