Help in tuning a "GMPP" 6L80E

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

Help in tuning a "GMPP" 6L80E

So like the Subject says, I am in need of some major help in tuning a GM Performance Parts 6L80E. As one would expect, that it should be solely programmed by GM Performance Parts proprietary software… it can’t and I can tune it by HP Tuners. I was working with a tuner online and they even said they have never seen a transmission like this one. Attached is the read only file of the tune, and what I can see.

I am having some major tuning issues with the transmission, as there are a lot of flare shifts and inconsistencies with the transmission. Frankly, I don’t know where to start with this. Attached is a most recent drive I did with the transmission in only Drive mode and a separate one in Sport mode.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
