NEW!!!

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

New Truck guy

Hey. I'm new to tuning transmissions and fairly new to tuning in general.

I have hptuners and a 2012 sierra 5.3. Attached is my tune. Trans is basically unmodified. Engine is pretty good, but I could use some help calibrating the MAF.

I'm looking to get the shifts firmer and quicker with less lag, and better throttle response. I'm not looking to go extreme, this truck is not used for racing, but is my daily driver.

The truck is basically stock, with only intake and exhaust.

I'm a new member and just started doing some reading. I'm looking for some guidance, as the "silverado mod" file you have in the repository is an EFI tune - other than that it doesn't look like there's much close to my setup.

Also, in the articles, it looks like "adding pressure" and "adjusting shift times" are pretty specific to cars, as the axis's on those tables are far different than mine. Should I be using the shift times similar to whats shown for the G8?

I can get some logs if needed. I recently replaced my hard drive so I don't have any to share right now.

Thanks -
Mike
