Should you let the 6l90 down shift on it's own with high hp

NEW!!!

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

Should you let the 6l90 down shift on it's own with high hp

Like the title says ..should you let the "6l90" in my 13 zl1 downshift on it's own with high horsepower from like 6th-3rd or 5th-2nd

Example I'm crusing at 55mph and I go wot it will go from 6th to 3rd.

Or say 45mph and go from 5th possibly 6th to 2nd gear.

Ever since the increase in hp  680rwhp + it feels a bit harsh on the downshift.

Should I just paddle downshift or is it hurting it to let it do that?
