2014 C7 Corvette. Using the latest HP Tuners beta. I have been making changes without a problem. Tried to reflash this afternoon and the software claimed a time-out during the "unlock" phase before writing the tune. Since this happened, I have been unable to communicate with the TCM. I tried unhooking the battery and removing fuses etc several times - first for about 1 minute then for about 30 minutes. Scanner shows lost communication with TCM code. HPTuners had no suggestions as the head engineer is out this week. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm starting to think the TCM may be unrecoverable.

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.
