Trans tuning for a stock 09 CTS-v

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

Trans tuning for a stock 09 CTS-v

I'm interested in paying for a trans tune for my car.  It's 100% stock for now and I would like to see how much I can eek out of it with just tires and trans tuning before I throw the rest of the parts at it and get it dyno tuned.  I'm new to HP tuners and this newer style of computer controlled transmissions like this 6L90e.  

My plan is:

Round 1 -
Weld big and little's with drag radials
heat exchanger
varimax pump
Trans tuning

Round 2-
Ported LS3 Throttlebody and Ported blower
LS9 cam
pac 1218 springs
ATI blancer with 9.5" ring and relocation bracket
FIC1000 injectors
flex fuel
dw pumps and modified fuel pump control module
1 7/8" headers and catted x-pipe

dyno tune

 

If I pay for a tune for round 1, do I have to buy again after round 2?  I have all the parts for both stages here, I just want to enjoy the car in a more stock form at first.
