Why will this truck refuse to lock TCC at WOT in 2nd gear?

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

Why will this truck refuse to lock TCC at WOT in 2nd gear?

Logs and tune attached.

Truck is 6.2 LT1 block with stroker kit making it 416 cubic inch. Has whipple 2.9. Circle D 3200 triple disc stall. 4.56 gear on 35" tires.

I would like it to lock TCC immediately after the 1-2 shift under WOT. It kinda tries to bring on TCC but only gives about 53 psi and doesn't fully lock until 3rd gear.

 

Halfway through 2nd gear (4:49 into the log) TCC line goes to 51psi and slip is still high between 60-120 RPM. Finally after shifting into 3rd it ramps TCC pressure up and at 4:51 into the log the TCC finallly locks.
